On September 20, Assistant Minister Li Chenggang and Russian Deputy Minister of Economic Development Sergey Gorkov jointly held the 21st Meeting of China-Russia Trade and Economic Cooperation Sub-Committee in Moscow and signed minutes of the meeting.
